  13. I have a Droid 2 and I recently tried to install Gingerbread 2.3.3 on it. I had made a Titanium backup on it before and then restored it to the new ROM. Something got seriously messed up with the Gingerbread 2.3.3 and I am going to flash the .sbf back to 2.3.340.

My question is: Will I be able to restore those files again? or will they be deleted because I already restored them once? Thanks

  14. OK here is my problem. Im still a noobie at all this. I backed up all my files with titanium backup, wiped both my caches factory reset and flashed my ROM on my GS3. Downloaded titanium backup again and all the restore options were empty, nothing there. But my internal memory is still full and under titanium backup in my files all my apps and data is still there. Why didn't TB save my backup? Is there anyway to restore using just the files or am I pretty much fucked? Please help thank you.

  17. Phone is rooted.
    Titanium Backup is installed.
    ES File Explorer is installed.

Some tutorials say that I should erase the contents of the data/log folder...which I cannot find. I am not that computer savvy so if anyone can instruct me in simple English, it would be very much appreciated.

Also, what bloatware can I safely delete?

  18. Iwas wondering, if I did a hard reset, on my rooted lg spirit
without unrooting , will it brick my phone or will I lose my
    root?

Reason I want to do a hard reset, Is when I plug in the phone
to charge, it doesnt make no sound. Went to root explorer,
and I saw the plug charge sound in there, but for some reason
    it doesnt make that sound..

I have not flash any rom, all I have done was freeze some the
apps that run with titanium backup, havent deleted any apps..

If I was to unfreeze the apps, I froze .before hard
rest...Would doing a hard reset, without un rooting, brick my
phone ..or will hard reset just get rid of root? Or will I be
fine, no worries about hard reset bricking my phone, and
    getting rid of my root?

  19. I just got an LG Optimus F3 from Virgin Mobile, and I quickly filled up the small 1Gb internal storage!
I want to move some apps to my 4Gb SD card. I have successfully rooted the phone. I tried Titanium Backup, but there is no option to move apps to SD. I tried Droidsail App2sd Lite, but it says there isnt enough room to move the apps, but there is! Thanks for reading!

  20. I need a guide to rooting a droid 4 specifically that I can know for certain will NOT remove ANY of my data. All I want to do is root it so I can use titanium backup. Can this be done?

  21. I like to frequently update my SGH-T989D Android phone with the latest ROMs, but after a recovery reboot, my phone forgets all the WiFi passwords I have entered. Is there any way that I can make my phone remember the passwords, or perhaps anything I can save in Titanium Backup that would restore all previous WiFi passwords?

  22. I just learned about this whole custom ROM stuff and I want to install modaco, onto my rooted nexus 7. I've been searching around but I can't find a good guide. Can anyone help me out? How do you do it?

And do you have to have your boot loader unlocked?
Do you have you make a backup? I'm trying to save space. What will happen if I don't make a backup? Will I not be able to return to the stock os or something?

So, what other factory apps can I delete without destroying my phone?
